Josh Valera is a sales and finance leader for 3rd party logistics providers and automotive organizations. Mr. Valera is completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Toledo with a focus in Finance and Supply Chain Management. 
 
 Joshua has years of experience in managing and leading sales efforts in the area of business development and accounting functions within the automotive sector. In addition to being a revenue producing leader for organizations, Josh has helped implement, train, coach, and mentor teams.  

Josh is an Army Infantry veteran and served our country for over 4 years prior to him starting his business career. He is married, he and his wife own and operate a horse farm in the NW Ohio area. He enjoys tech gadgets, reading and growing businesses. 

Tony Darin is a transportation executive and has held positions of responsibility such as National Account Director, Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President. 

As a 25+ year transportation industry veteran and sales leader, Tony has experienced success from his sales teams and their efforts with the strategies of transparency and storytelling. His teams have been responsible for reinventing business models to realize unparalleled growth tracks that have transformed their respective organizations. 

Mr. Darin has published resources to help aid in sales growth strategies including "Profitability Through Motivation" as well as other proprietary training tools that are still being utilized at his previous organizations where Tony has led.
